After the brand upgrade, can ApowerPDF(PDF Editor), PDF Converter and PDF Compressor still be used normally?
Users can still download and use ApowerPDF(PDF Editor), PDF Converter and PDF Compressor but some of the functions may be unstable. We will stop updating and maintaining ApowerPDF(PDF Editor), PDF Converter and PDF Compressor while keeping LightPDF updated and developed.
Can membership on Apowersoft PDF products be used for LightPDF?
The accounts between LightPDF and Apowersoft PDF products are not interoperable, so members cannot use them simultaneously. However, you can provide your order number to LightPDF Support Center to change your Apowersoft PDF membership to LightPDF’s.
• ApowerPDF lifetime users (or ApowerPDF+PDF Converter lifetime users): For those who purchased before Oct 2023, please contact our Customer Service to transfer your license and upgrade to LightPDF.
• PDF Compressor or PDF Converter lifetime users: For those who purchased before Oct 2023, please contact our Customer Service to get a free 2-year LightPDF license.
