  You can use hotkey to stop recording or find it inside the toolbar of your computer at the bottom right.

Please kindly these steps to solve the problem: First, open My Computer/My PC and search "%appdata%" at the top searching bar, then, delete the whole file of Apowersoft Online Launcher (It may under the file of Apowersoft) Then, clear the cache of your browser and refresh the page of the online screen recorder, making sure that you have ended the process of the previous online launcher in the PC's task manager. Last, click "Start recording", download and install the Apowersoft online launcher again, and launch the program. It should be fine by then. Thank you!
